The first year of the cent struck in San Francisco. Pleasant light woodgrain red brown surfaces. Very strong strike, especially for this first S mint issue. This is the Snow 7 Die line in mint mark variety, which isn’t a repunched date (which would be a notch in the actual upper serif of the S itself.). This die line is under the upper loop of the S. Something fun to note when louping the mint mark. Very pleasing coin overall & CAC approved.
