A very unique variety for the Indian Cent series as this is the only repunched mint mark variety. The S over S is subtle: look at the upper serif of the S & a split emerges indicated the repunched mint mark. It is almost similar to the split bands of a Mercury dime in nature. The coin is a very pleasing light brown with a good strike, solid luster, and clean surfaces for the grade, likely more appropriate a 63 BN what what does it really matter.
